課程概述 |
本項藥劑學課程為藥學系學生藥劑學門必修課程之一，課程內容涵蓋各種製藥劑型之介紹，以及相關之劑型設計原理、製備之製藥技術、劑型之物化特性與品管規格要求等。本項課程主題內容共計有五學分，分為藥劑學（一）2學分、藥劑學（二）3學分，分別安排為藥學系二年級下學期、三年級上學期之藥學專業必修課程之一。
藥劑學（二）課程主要涵蓋範圍包括有：膠體系統、氣化噴霧劑、栓劑、懸浮劑、乳劑、生物製劑、錠劑、粉劑、膠囊劑、錠劑包衣、控釋及標靶劑型設計等，以及相關之流變學、微粒學、固體特性、聚合物特性、材料選擇、藥物溶離機制等之知識傳遞。 |

課程目標 |
提供藥學系學生對各種常見製藥劑型之製備與相關物性或規格的基本知識，建立藥學系學生對各種製藥劑型之製造與管理的瞭解。 |

課程要求 |
本項課程主要是提供藥學系同學修讀，若有外系學生有興趣修讀，建議先與任課老師聯繫，以瞭解學生之修課目的。
修課學生應準時出席課堂，若有無法避免狀況必須請假時，應是先提出或請同學轉達事後補請假手續。 |
